Our two principle trainers and consultants John Wellwood and Joe Cash have between them consulted in 14 countries to over 100 businesses and trained and coached in excess of 1000 delegates in Lean in their 50 yeas plus of experience.  They are Master Black Belts who have been involved with aiding companies like Allied Signals (Honeywell), Kodak and Invensys with the design and deployment of their programs.  This means they have vast knowledge of not only training, coaching and consultancy but in actually doing the deployment.  Joe is a Statistical expert who has debated at the statistical society and is a renowned stats aficionado.  While John has helped multi national companies to design and develop their deployments on 4 continents.  They are supplemented by a team of Lean experts who have vast experience in their field before they are engaged.
