100% Effective Training started in 1999 and has trained people all over the world. We started our training company, as we believed that there were to many companies who didn't provide a complete learning experience, we wanted to be different! Our aim is very simple to:

So what makes 100% Effective Training different? Practical fun learning - We know that people learn more if they enjoy themselves so all our training is designed with this in mind. The course you go on must provide benefit to you or your business - To ensure this we ask you to do some work prior to the course and we then give you 30 days email support after the event. This means when you get back and try to use your new skills you have support for moments like 'I tried to do this and this happened what do I do now?'
Different learning styles - We all learn in different ways - practical application, theory, reflecting on what we have seen and heard or through active involvement. All our courses are designed to enable you to have a complete learning experience. We provide mechanisms for all learning styles, as well as methods to enable delegates to practise in a safe environment using simulations, games and discussions.
Experienced trainers - Our 2000 plus trainers have real practical experience of the topics they are teaching. They have trained all over the world for many companies and cultures and their experience will be passed on to you. Fully flexible courses - to ensure you get what you want we will be as flexible as possible. We can adapt any course to suit the delegate's needs, we won't be constrained by agenda's, we do what is needed to ensure learning.
