100% Effective Training has over 10 years of experience having started operating back in 1999. In that time we have worked with 1000’s of delegates in 14 countries and with companies ranging from multinationals to SME’s. With offices in York and Edinburgh we now train all over the UK. We started our training company as we thought that there were too many training companies who just taught to the slides, didn’t pass on learning and treated their delegates as numbers. We set out to be different.
Our Values and Principles
Practical fun learning – people learn better when they enjoy it everything we do we enjoy and we ensure that delegates do the same. We also ensure everything we say or do is done practically so everyone wins quickly.
Benefits – delegates must obtain a benefit from attending our courses so we ask for prep work before the course and provide support after the course
Transfer knowledge – is essential for any consultancy or training company and we pride ourselves in passing on learning quickly and effectively. We want to have our partners not need us any more as they have the skills in house.
Partners – we treat all our delegates and clients like partners as we want a long term relationship with everyone.
Honest approach – if we can’t do it we will say. If we think there is a better way we will say. If we can’t provide benefit we will say.
Support and experience - all our 200 plus trainers have real practical experience of the topic they are teaching. As such all courses even open ones are bespoke as we will adapt them to suit the needs of the delegates. We will give examples and talk about your industry we are consultants who train not trainers who have to stick to the slides
