Having a cluttered or un-organised workspace means that we waste time, have potential health and safety issues and often have waste in our processes.  Does your office or shop floor look like a typical garden shed?  Stuff all over the place, constantly looking for things, etc.  If it is the 5S can help you improve your business.  The training is designed to explain the principles and tools used in 5S (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardise and Sustain) to understand the importance and savings potential of effective workplace organisation.

The training is highly practical and includes completion of audits, improvement identification and implementation.  To highlight the costs associated with and savings potential 5S can bring a 5S game is used to demonstrate.  The training also focuses on the theory of visual management and how it can be used to improve companies.
