Individuals with a good working knowledge of PowerPoint, ideal for those who have attended the Intermediate PowerPoint course.

Course Content

• Introduction and admin
• Revision of basics
• Customising Microsoft PowerPoint: Customising templates, masters and backgrounds, customising individual slides.
• Adding special objects: Using tables to display data, adding sounds, movies and graphics to slides, adding special effects and multi-media.
• Linking to other software applications: Importing and linking data from MS Excel to charts, importing information from other applications, importing and exporting slides to other software.
• Organising a slide show: Using hyperlinks, creating action buttons, advanced slide show features and controls, automatic slide show features and controls, automatic slide shows, using the pack and go wizard
