Change Management – An introduction for Managers

Overview / who should attend and why?

The success of implementing a change in an organisation is determined by how well the change is implemented by the managers tasked with the role.  If managers don’t understand how to implement change, the effects change has on the people effected and how to motivate and coach the people through the program then ultimately the change will not be as successful as it could be.  Most change in companies fail due to poor change management.   The managers are not able to explain convincingly what is needed and why, and have the skills to bring it about while recognising the fear it can generate. This course helps managers at all levels to manage change successfully.  It is designed for anybody who is faced with implementing changes of any sort in an organisation.

  • To understand how and when to communicate the change process
  • To understand the process of how change occurs
  • To review your change and assess what, who and how the change will occur and to outline a plan for the implementation of that change
