Overview / who should attend and why?

The success of implementing a change in an organisation is determined by how well the change is implemented by the managers tasked with the role.  Most change fails due to lack of understanding and poor communication.   We offer to provide short training talks for companies to their employees to explain change.  This has proven effective in the past as it explains to the employees what change is how to cope with it and why it is happening.  The discussions then enable people to understand that everyone feels the same.  The talks are best done after the change has been announced and can be used as a motivational and mentoring process.
