Overview / who should attend and why?

QFD is a structured team based approach used to translate customer requirements into design and production features.  It can be used for designing, manufacturing or service offering, and is one of the least used tools in industry today, however when used effectively it is one of the most powerful.  If you don’t have a methodology to truly understand your customer’s needs and then convert them into the design of your product or service, then you will not be as successful as you could be.  Major automotive companies, banks etc are now using QFD to understand and develop products and services.  This course is ideal for designers, engineers, business improvement personnel or managers and covers the theory of QFD, how to run sessions to be effective and provides practise in a safe environment.
