How to make conference calls 100% effective - Facilitation
for conference calls
Overview / who should attend and why?
With the use of technology becoming easier
and cheaper, with more and more people working from home and
in virtual teams, it is essential that our virtual meetings
are effective. If you have ever been involved in conference
calls or videoconferences either in this country or across the
globe then you will realise how much time and effort is wasted
through badly run meetings. This course has been developed to
help managers to run effective conference calls and video calls.
It explains the typical issues faced with virtual working and
how to use the art of facilitation to make all your virtual
meetings effective. If any of the following seems familiar to
you, then this is the course to solve your issues: -
- Attend conference calls where either you or others say virtually
nothing?
- You attend calls where there is no clear objective or you
don’t know why you are on the call?
- You attend calls where there is no output or actions?
- You don’t know who is on the call or why?
- The calls over run and you feel it was a waste of time?
- There is no agenda or structure and the call meanders?
- This course is designed to improve your calls through explaining
the simple rules and how to facilitate a call to be successful.
The course can be run either in a training room or virtually.
