Negotiation skills training
Overview / who should attend and why?
All of us negotiate continually in both our
working and private lives. It is to our own and everybody else’s
benefit to get better at it. In fact it is our duty to do so!
Many people believe they have no experience
of negotiating and that only “tough” people make
good negotiators. This highly interactive course explodes these
and other myths. In replacing them with soundly based principles,
it equips participants with the skills which will enable them
to achieve better deals, everywhere.
This course runs over two consecutive days.
There are self-assessment tests throughout, and so there is
no end-of-course Assessment Test.
