Team building and mobilisation
100% effective teams, teambuilding and mobilisation for your
team
| Overview / who should attend and why? |
The building and development of teams is a
critical part of modern business life. We all work in and are
part of teams in all aspects of business, but how well do we
perform? How much time and effort do we focus on making these
teams successful? Think of the team you work in and how they
have been pulled together.
- Do you and all the other team members understand why you have
been brought together and what you are expected to achieve and
by when?
- Do the team members understand their role and those of the
other team members? Are the roles of those who are interfacing
with the team understood?
- Do you communicate to one and other and those outside the
team effectively?
- Do you make decisions effectively as a team?
- Do you manage conflict effectively?
- Are you all fully committed to the goals set?
- Do the team understand the consequences to the business, the
team and themselves of success or failure?
- Have you been given the time and freedom to achieve the desired
results?
In most case the answers to the above questions
are NO. Teams are thrown together at the last minute to firefight
a problem, are expected to solve problems while still carrying
out an already busy schedule and are not briefed well enough
to actually be able to solve the problem any way. Very little
if any time is given over to planning, development of the team
or the individuals. However if a team is mobilised correctly
then the results can be staggering.
Successful teams exhibit certain characteristics
such as:
We believe that we can develop groups to become
highly successful teams through working with them on some basic
team mobilisation principles that have been used by many of
the worlds leading companies. This will not only provide the
business with remarkable returns but will develop the individuals
so that future team working is equally as productive.
Who should attend?
Anyone, who is either being, asked to solve
problems in a group or who wishes a group to solve problems.
The Workshops would not only work on your problem to ensure
success through training, facilitation and planning but would
develop you or your group to work efficiently as a team in the
future. Any type of problem from any function both commercial
or private can be tackled.
At the end of the course participants will
be able to work effectively on a real problem so that significant
results can be achieved. The main elements of the course will
focus upon:

team-working preferences, highlighting areas, which the team

and individual development so that the team can develop both
individually and as a team.
