Certification for Practitioner / Master course
To certify as a Lean Practitioner / Master you must demonstrate that you have the knowledge and ability in Lean thinking. To do this we follow an international best practise for certification in Lean. Firstly you must pass an end of course multi question quiz. You must then demonstrate through a project your use of the tools and then you must attend a lean assessment. The assessment takes the format of a telephone interview. Once you have completed these elements you will be a qualified Lean Practitioner / Master. Our certification comes with a guarantee, on our certificates there is a contact email address which anyone can contact us and ask about your certification. This provides you and the employee with confidence that you have a valid certificate as a Lean Practitioner / Master.
Support during the Practitioner course
