Lean Certification
To try to ensure that your certification is robust, internationally recognised and therefore effective you must ensure that the training and certification you choose is correct. By completing Lean training programs you will adhere to the best in class standards. Unfortunately there is no governing body for Lean certification and there never will be so all you can review is the process used for certification.
All of our accredited and certified courses apply stringent rules to ensure that the certification process is robust and affective. If you complete a training course then we will provide you with an certificate that you are trained in your Lean subject. If however you wish to be certified then you must follow the process outlined below.
- Knowledge assessment – Complete the whole training course and obtain an 80% pass mark on the final quiz in the training. This is a multi choice open book test
- Project assessment – You must complete either one or 2 projects depending upon your course. Most courses require one project however out Practitioner / Masters in Lean requires two.
- Interview – Once you have completed your projects we will conduct a telephone or face to face interview to assess your knowledge of the subject and how well you completed your projects. This typically lasts up to 1 hour and will require some pre materials emailed to our master black belts. This is predominantly for the practitioner / masters qualification.
- Certification – Once you satisfy the requirements you will be presented with your internationally recognised certificate
- At the bottom of all our certificates you will see issued by 100% Effective Training please email us at verify@100pceffectivetraining.com. This is to confirm certification, use this to prove to anyone you wish that you have a genuine qualification.
