Blended Learning, In House & Onsite Training

100% Effective Training offer Blended learning as part of their in house and elearning solutions.  Blended learning is fast becoming the recognised norm for effective learning for many subjects and Lean Six Sigma is no different.  Our research has shown that over the past few years the delegates and companies who have achieved the best learning, return on projects and cultural change with Lean Six Sigma are the ones who have gone beyond classroom training.  For years we offered training which included activities to stimulate every learning style – simulations, discussions, teach backs, video’s, exercises as well as classroom training.  We supplemented for some clients with one to one coaching.  We run sessions where delegates can ask questions and be trained on a one to one basis and be assisted with their projects by our master Black Belts.  Now however we want to offer true blended learning to our learners.
Blended learning is a combination of learning styles, techniques and approaches.  It uses the latest technology and approaches to achieve ultimate learning, project success and cultural change in individuals and organisations.
