Lean Six Sigma Certification Green Belt Black Belt accredited Training

Lean Six Sigma Certification demonstrates an individual's knowledge, skills and dedication to achieving a high level of competency in Lean Six Sigma. The Lean Six Sigma certification standards require an individual to pass rigorous training and testing hurdles to gain Lean Six Sigma certification

The issue with Lean Six Sigma certification is that there is no governing body which over sees certification. This is why some people who say they are certified are in fact not certified but trained. Any company who says that you will be certified after just attending the training is doing you a disservice. When you get to interview you will be asked how you were certified and if you have not followed the type of process outlined below then you are no really certified.

Our certification process is based on the GE and Motorola model and is recognised as the appropriate way to become certified.

We offer certification to all comers those that have been through our training and those that have not. We recognise that lots of people get trained but never have the opportunity to formally qualify this is where we can help.

Certification for Six Sigma / Lean Six Sigma

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification requirements include:

Successful completion of a 5 day Green Belt Certification Training program as a minimum

Pass our 100 question multi choice exam

Demonstrate completion of at least one major project using the Lean Six Sigma methodology though a story board

Demonstrate knowledge of the tools and your project through a 1 hour interview

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification requirements include:

Successful completion of a 12 day Black Belt Certification Training program as a minimum

Demonstrate completion of at least two major project using the Lean Six Sigma methodology though a story board

Demonstrate deep knowledge of the tools and your project through a 2 hour interview

Demonstrate knowledge of all key tools through discussion
