Why would I want Lean Six Sigma coaching?

Many of our clients find that with time and diary constraints they either can or don't want to wait to attend an open training course.
They also feel that one to one training or coaching will give them a far deeper understanding of the subject and enable them to have a more detailed discussion on their individual needs.
Others find that they already know many of the subjects required to be a Black Belt and can achieve Black Belt certification quicker by doing less days using one to one training / coaching.
We have also had delegates who have found particular subjects very difficult and would benefit from some additional coaching in that subject.
Some companies such as BT and BAA whom we have done this with recently provide their delegates with one to one coaching as part of their training. These companies have given individuals a number of hours or days coaching between and after a training event. That way they can ask more questions, get one to one help and discuss their projects. How do we conduct coaching?

We can provide coaching in 3 ways

Face to face coaching and training for an individual in 1 day time periods
Face to face coaching and training for an organisation where we would set up effectively a doctor's surgery and people would book 2 hour slots to see us
MSN and Telephone coaching - we can review documents and have discussion using web cams or standard telephones
