Lean Six Sigma Support for Green and Black Belts

As you know Lean Six Sigma is focused on reducing variation and waste to improve any business. We also know that one of the 8 wastes is the waste of human talent. Why then do delegates spend the time, effort and money to come on a Lean Six Sigma training course and not use their new skills and techniques to radically improve their business?
