Gold support – Interim master Black Belt support for your business
This is our most complete support for any business.  In this package an master Black Belt is deployed into your company for a minimum of 20 consecutive days.  In that time they have 3 key objectives

• To run a number of projects using Lean Six Sigma to prove to everyone in the business what can be achieve.  This will also mean that they can recover the cost of the support. 
• To act as a coach to Green Belt or Black Belt as and when they need it to ensure they complete effective projects.  This will also mean that projects will be more effective and quicker to deliver benefits. 
• To act as coach for the deployment champion (person trying to get Lean Six Sigma into the company).  If this person wants support in terms of topping up training or coaching on how to deploy or ensure success then the master Black Belt is there to help. 
• To identify other project opportunities for future Green Belt or Black Belt  while working on their own projects but also the projects others are working on

This level of support is offered at a fully inclusive cost days and expenses of £28,000 per month.  It also comes with a guarantee.  If we don’t identify and show you how you can save enough to pay for the cost of our master Black Belt then you only pay us half the cost.
