Silver support – Coaching surgeries in your business
If you have a number of people who require support then this could be the solution.  Our master Black Belt will come to your business and set up a coaching surgery.  In this format we would allow your staff who many or may not have been trained by us to book a coaching session.   There would be 8 slots in a day.  Each person can pick the topic to be covered to help them with their project or training.   The sessions are then run in a normal coaching manner with agreed goals etc.

A coaching surgery is charged at £1,500 per day plus vat and expenses.   Minimum spend is one day
