The course utilises every learning style to ensure total learning including – lectures, group exercises, simulations, teach backs, case studies, video clips, games and discussions.  You also have access to the whole course via our elearning portal after the course to review the content time and time again when you need to use it. 

The course covers not only Six Sigma techniques through discussion of each of the DMAIC steps but also covers many soft skills essential to make you a 100% Effective Green Belt. 

Introduction

Certification is included in the price of the course. You will be required to complete an open book exam (this takes place on the final day of the course), and submission of one project. A case study can be provided should a project not be available for use.
