An Engineering graduate of the University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology, with a Postgraduate Diploma in Manufacturing Management from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology. His corporate career is focussed on Manufacturing Operations Leadership in the Automotive and Aerospace sectors with multinational blue chip organisations.
He has worked internationally for a company such as Rockwell, Allied Signal, Knorr Bremse CSV, Johnson Controls Automotive, Moog Controls and Guilford Automotive at all levels from Shop to Board.
An Internationally experienced Six Sigma deployment leader, 6 Sigma Academy Blackbelt and Lean Practitioner he now provides Six Sigma Consultancy and deployment support, as well as Interim Operations Management in Business Turnaround and Business Process Redesign.

Six Sigma, Complete Lean Manufacturing suite of tools (SMED, 5S, Kaizen, TPM etc), Toyota Production System and all aspects of manufacturing operations including Production Management, Production Planning and Control (MRPII), Purchasing, Sourcing, Supply Chain Development, Industrial Engineering, New Product Introduction, Program Management and SPC. These core skills are supported by a demonstrated ability to develop and mentor excellent Team and Individual performance in a changing business environment at all levels in an organisation.
