Nick Greville
Nick Greville is a graduate Manufacturing Systems Engineer from the University of Bath, UK. His training extends to many areas of manufacturing, including Quality Assurance, Total Productive Maintenance, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing including 5S and Value Stream Mapping, Bottleneck identification and elimination, Health & Safety including Risk Assessments, Team Building and Leading, and Benchmarking.
He has worked for many international companies from shop floor to senior management. These companies include Siemens, Renishaw, Rexam and Amcor
Nick has a passion for UK manufacturing and has developed the ability to bring about change within an organisation. He is confident about communicating at all levels and has a record of achieving real improvements where his proactive approach of actively involving employees has resulted in significant cost-savings, including within very 'traditional' environments.
Nick has recently decided to share his enthusiasm for manufacturing with companies who find themselves competing with increasing customer demands, competition from overseas and other external influences.
He now specialises in offering a practical Lean Manufacturing advice service to those companies with a desire to change. He can offer a step-by-step process for introducing robust lean techniques within an organisation and also a 'Kaizen Blitz' approach to specific bottleneck areas.
