EDUCATION:- Paul Jenkins was educated at Rotherham College of Technology, gaining the Higher National Diploma and College Associateship in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. The further qualification of MBA has been gained from Leicester University. His training has been in Engineering and Major Plant Management, Cultural Audits, Plant Performance Audit, Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Strategic Development and Business Process Re-Engineering(BPR)
CAREER HISTORY:- He has accumulated over 35 years practical experience gained within major process plants, including British Steel Corporation, Shell Petroleum Company, Pilkington Glass and Sketchley Services. Having commenced on the shop floor he has worked at all levels gaining a wide range of experience including that of operating at board level as General Manager responsible for all aspects of the business. Paul has operated for the last six years as an independent consultant in a variety of process industries.
CORE SKILLS:- Paul works with senior management to improve operational performance through the implementation of specific projects, the analysis of current production and maintenance procedures along with a review of key strategic objectives. He is an accomplished expert in project, manufacturing and engineering management. OTHER INFORMATION:- Paul works with SME’s to improve their performance and manages a number of SME board days in order to monitor progress of strategic plan implementation. He has worked at senior level in numerous industrial sectors including Iron & Steel Manufacturing, Corrugated Board Manufacturing, Corrugated Packaging Conversion, Textiles, Dry Cleaning, Electrical Control System Manufacturing and Spring Manufacturing.
