In addition to his experience with Lean and Kaizen Paul has worked in Europe, America and Mexico helping organisations to maximise the potential of their people through outstanding management and team development programs.
His unique blend of commercial awareness and pragmatic approach to organisational or personal change underpins his passion for supporting organisations to create world class performance through their own people.
Paul's focus in change management, lean enterprise programmes, training and culture change is underpinned by a driving belief in the potential of people.
He is MD of The Improvement Company, a change and improvement consultancy, is a coach for a number of Directors and senior managers and has had articles published on a range of subjects from change management to process improvement.
Paul is a graduate of Bournemouth University with a degree in Operations Management.
Apart from his family, Paul's other passion is music and he can occasionally be found playing an old Les Paul guitar in rock bands in Oxfordshire.
