John Wellwood is a graduate from Napier University in Edinburgh. His training has been in Manufacturing Management, Manufacturing improvement, Lean Manufacturing, MRPII, JIT, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Strategic development, TQM, supply chain management, business process reengineering and business diagnostic and improvement.

Joe Cash
Joe Cash is an international Master Black Belt having consulted in 6 countries, trained and certified over 1500 people in Lean Six Sigma, and run projects in almost every area of business and in numerous industry sectors.
Joe started his career as an apprentice engineer making road tankers. He became proficient in all aspects of fabrication. He then moved to Thorn Colour Tubes and joined the quality department. He then went to B.O.C. in a production supervisory role, manufacturing gas equipment. From there he went to AlliedSignal/Honeywell and held several positions, both in production and quality. While there, he graduated with a BSc from the Open University in Mathematics, majoring in Statistics, he then graduated with an MSc in Management Development at Lancaster University. He also trained as a Master Black Belt and developed and deployed Lean Six Sigma and DFSS in the early stages of the deployment for Allied Signal / Honeywell helping to shape the training which is still used today. Joe also served on the Industrial Advisory Board at UCL. Fellow of the Royal statistical society delivery lectures to the fellowship.
He then took on the role of European Quality Manager and Master Black Belt at an electronics company, introducing Lean Six Sigma and achieving accreditation to ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14000.
In 2003 Joe started consultancy / training and has worked with large and small businesses including - BT, BAA, Nissan, Vauxhall, Atmel, Capita, BBI, Renault, Norwich Union, Sellafield etc. The consultancy assignments have ranged from training, coaching and certification of Green Belts, Black Belts and Master Black Belts, design of Lean Six Sigma deployments, process reengineering etc.

In 2001, Georgina was approached by some ex-GE colleagues to join their consultancy business and has not looked back. Jennifer is a languages graduate and holds a MBA from Cranfield University. She moved into business in 1990, when she was hired by Barclaycard to work with the Supervisory Board of a Barclays-owned card processing business in Hamburg. In 1995, Jennifer moved to MasterCard in Brussels (formerly known as Europay) where she headed up the department responsible for new product development and product management of MasterCard-branded cards in Europe. Many European markets were experiencing over 30% growth p.a. during this time.
In 2001, Jennifer moved to a division of SchlumbergerSema, which subsequently became part of Atos Origin, a global card manufacturer and a leading European IT services company respectively. Here she worked as a Principal Consultant specialising in payment cards. She led a small team running training courses for European banks and advised government agencies on the implementation of smart card programmes.
Having retrained as an executive coach and a trainer, Jennifer began working independently in 2005, providing management consultancy, executive coaching and soft skills training to leading companies both in the UK and overseas. She also runs courses in NLP (neurolinguistic programming), a leading methodology for personal development applied in most leading-edge training and personal development programmes today.
