An opportunity has now arisen for a senior consultant to head up the consultancy arm of our process improvement company. Reporting directly to the MD this senior role will be responsible for all aspects of consultancy in the business.
For this role we are looking for a seasoned professional who can demonstrate a number of years of delivery and sales of process improvement consultancy.
As the head of consultancy in the business your focus will be on managing consultancy assignments primarily across the UK as well as selling consultancy services for the business.
The role has vast autonomy and you will be free to run and grow the business as you wish. You will have a team of consultants and a full time experienced sales and marketing manager to support you.
To be considered for the position you MUST:-
- Have a number of years of proven consultancy experience in process improvement
- Be able to demonstrate selling to new clients and growing existing relationships
Ideally the candidate will have
- Operational experience in a major company
- Be certified to at least Black Belt level in Lean Six Sigma

An opportunity has now arisen for a Business Improvement Consultant / Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt to join their team.
For this role we are looking for a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with experience of delivering Six Sigma training and consultancy looking to further their career with an established and successful organisation.
As a Business Improvement Consultant / Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, your focus will be on delivering training courses and consultancy in Lean and or Six Sigma as well as general business improvement.
Providing both open and in-house training, you will also be tasked with running business improvement projects on-site for clients. This will entail working away from home at locations throughout the UK.
Your other duties will include:
- Selling training and consultancy to warm leads when delivering seminars
- Developing and suggesting improvements to all aspects of the business
- Representing the company at marketing and networking events
To be considered for this position, you must:
- Be certified to at least Six Sigma Black Belt level with
- Significant experience of training and delivering Lean / Six Sigma projects
- Have commercial experience of delivering Lean / Six Sigma projects
Additionally, as a Business Improvement Consultant / Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, you must be creative and innovative in solving problems. You should also be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
The ideal candidate will have operational experience but this is not essential to your application.
